Refund Policy

Exceptions / Non-returnable items:

  • Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted for most products, except for those covered by warranty. Contact us for inquiries about specific items.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items:

  • Notify us within 3 days of receiving a damaged or defective item. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit.

Unopened and Unused:

  • Eligible for return on hygiene-sensitive items if unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Exchange Only:

  • Approved returns may qualify for an exchange of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. No refunds for hygiene-sensitive items.

Modification of Terms:

  • Astra Family reserves the right to modify or terminate hygiene-sensitive return terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Clearance Items – Non-Refundable:

  • Clearance items are final sale and non-refundable, except for damaged or defective items as per our Return and Exchange Policy.

  2. Register your product, upload your proof of purchase, and enjoy the benefits.
  3. Philips Avent electrical products come with a 24-month warranty period.

Momama Warranty:

 

  • Covers Momama intelligent milk warmer against manufacturing defects for one year from the purchase date.
  • Valid for units purchased directly from Astrafamily.co and authorized resellers.
  • Not applicable for units purchased from overseas or unauthorized resellers.
  • Exclusions: Failure to use the product as per instructions, unauthorized disassembly, misuse, abuse, negligence, rough handling.
