1. Warranty Coverage
Phanpy provides a 1-year warranty for the Phanpy E-Rosy Hands-Free Electric Double Breast Pump against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.
2. What’s Covered
Phanpy warranty covers the following issues under normal use:
– Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
– Malfunctions that occur under proper usage conditions during the warranty period
– Touchscreen or display malfunction (not caused by misuse or damage)
– Buttons not working or unresponsive (under normal use)
3. What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
– Not using the product as per the manual
– Any repair, change, or tampering not done by us
– Damage from misuse, drops, or rough handling
– Using the product for something it’s not meant for
– Water or milk getting into the breast pump motor
– Using the wrong charger or accessories
– Damage from extreme heat, cold, or poor storage
4. The warranty is non-transferable and only applicable to the original purchaser.
5. Warranty Eligibility
– Valid for units purchased directly from Astrafamily.co or our authorized resellers.
– Not applicable for units purchased from overseas or unauthorized resellers.
6. How to Claim Warranty
To claim warranty on your product, please follow the steps below:
– Fill in the Warranty Registration Form.
– Product Return: If necessary, return the defective unit as per the instructions provided by customer service.
7. Replacement and Repairs
– If the product is determined to be defective and covered under warranty, Phanpy may replace the unit or provide necessary repairs.
– Any replacement provided will not extend the warranty period beyond the original purchase date.
