Exceptions / non-returnable items
*Please note*Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges will not be accepted for most of our products except for products with warranty. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items:
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please do notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide you with a replacement or store credit in accordance with our Damaged or Defective Items policy.

Unopened and Unused:
To be eligible for a return on hygiene-sensitive items, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Exchange Only:
If your return is approved, you may be eligible for an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. No refunds will be issued for hygiene-sensitive items.

Modification of Terms:
Astra Family reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms and conditions related to hygiene-sensitive returns at any time, without prior notice.

Clearance Items – Non-Refundable:
Clearance items are offered at discounted prices due to various reasons, including end-of-season, overstock, close to expiry or minor imperfections. Please review the product description and images provided to understand the condition of the item before making a purchase.

All items purchased under the Clearance sale category are non-refundable. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for clearance items unless the product is received in a damaged or defective condition, as outlined in our Return and Exchange Policy.

All clearance item purchases are considered final. No modifications, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed once an order is placed.

You may contact us at info@astrafamily.co If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
