How to Use

Side-lying position: Turn off the pump. Gently press the breast shield toward your arm, hold for 3–5 seconds, then slowly remove it.

150° reclining position: Switch off the pump. Press the breast shield firmly onto your breast, slowly sit up, hold for 3–5 seconds, then remove.
